Version is 3.11.102 on ipad and 3.10.513 on android. both are the most recent versions availablein the store...

Send me your device's Mac address as well. Have you tried to switch hub's connection type? From wifi to ethernet, or in reverse.

nope... maybe lunch or different timezone + end of day... i use several other tapo devices, all work without a problem. this one is different. probably not ready for sale yet and in need of (beta) testers (aka customers...
