Version is 3.11.102 on ipad and 3.10.513 on android. both are the most recent versions availablein the store...

Send me your device's Mac address as well. Have you tried to switch hub's connection type? From wifi to ethernet, or in reverse.

 

What router do you guys use?

I stil believe the app is not good . Because in a split second he remove tapo h500 from the app

Tried both wired and wireless several times, tried adding a temp sensor right away, updated firmware. all seems to work, but the H500 device appears for a second and then vanishes every time...

nope... maybe lunch or different timezone + end of day... i use several other tapo devices, all work without a problem. this one is different. probably not ready for sale yet and in need of (beta) testers (aka customers...
