The H500 does not work on the app

When i install the h500 on the app afther a few sec he disapeer from the app .

Also the same issues here. Status LED is slowly blinking green
I've tried several things. Wifi and cable directly in the modem so that there are no switches between the modem and the H500. I have tried to install on the android phone and the Iphone.
I see the H500 a few seconds in the app and then he's gone.
When I install the H500 there is a question which camera I will connect. I have the C460 and that type is not in the list. I will order the C660 when he is available, but that one is also not in the list.

Hi Coen , if you see its almost the same mac-adress
I had DB on the end . The rest is the same .
Also if you look back there was another guy he had also the same mac-adress only the last 2 where different .
I think that the whole H500 with the mac-adress is not working ?
I never heard anyone tell me its working , so i wait a little time .
I bought the H110 he is working !

It took some time, but i got a replacement hub (+ compensation for my trouble) and it's working now.
about the camera: the one i already had wasn't listed either, but once the hub is installed, you get extra options on the camera, allowing you to use the hub as storage device (if you added a harddrive to it), which is what i wanted in the first place. So yes, it's compatible although the wording of the their product specs could be better...

Thats good news. I see that all the problem hubs having the same MAC adres in the beginning. Only the 4 last characters are different. What is your new MAC adres?
From wich country are you? I've also contact with TP-link in the Netherlands and he asked too install the hub on a network from another ISP because he is thinking that the cloud connection is the problem. I think that this is a bulls... answer.
Install a hard drive is the first thing I doing when I received the hub. That's the reason that I buy this hub. No cloud storage for me.
I have the C460 camera. Is this type now on the list? I will also order the C660, but I read on the website that this camera is not in the list for this moment.

Coen , from the beginning i told tp- link that we all have the same problem and with 2 different letters and not 4 of the mac-adress !
You have bin compromised you told me ! I have bin working too lett it work for a week and it still dit not work . I have send the item retour and i did not get anything from Tapo ?
And you have bin compromised thats realy weird.
I am from the netherlands !

The MAC address for the replacement i got is a completely different range from the non-functioning one.
I'm from Belgium. I was in contact with several people/departments so i don't know if all of them were dutch, but i sent my hub back to NL.

Hi, I know that you are from the Netherlands. But did you contact TP-LINK Netherlands? The guy in the mail told me that I was the first one with these problems.
Where do you buy the hub? My hub is ordered by BOL
And my last characters from the MAC are DA-81 and another picture is: DE-3B.
