I got mine from a local dealer. I sent it back to NL (TP-LINK Netherlands B.V.Archimedesbaan 18E3439 ME Nieuwegein). They sent me an RMA number i used with DHL, so there was no cost.

Do you have two H500s? Please re-add the device back in the Tapo app and record the time when the configuration is done. Our tech team will help to check it.

Hi, I've only one H500. I make a screen recording from 39 seconds from the total installation where you can see that the H500 disappear from the app. The recording is 11 mb. Can i send it to you?

Hi, I've ordered a new homebase and he is working immediately. Install in a few seconds, updating the firmware en connect to the camera. I'am happy with that. So there are versions with a bug I think. Grtz, Coen

The issues discussed in this post have now been resolved. If you're just seeing this and your device is experiencing the same problem, simply reset the hub and reconfigure it.
