@Jac22 I have EXACTLY the same issue, still getting notifications saying motion detected, but the app is saying it is offline. My Tapo light bulbs are still working. I am wondering if it is actually a server issue on their end, after seeing it's not just me....

i Have over 40 tapo devicies( cameras, plug ,temp sensors and HUB) in my company and my personal devices at least 10 location using different ISP.
This is real mess.
Almost all of devices that are on telecom line(ether Fiber optic or copperr ADSL) are ofline ( on tapo app)
.But at all of them led is green.
The devicies on 4G network work fine, devices on cable TV internet provider also work.
i guess this is is firmware issue combined with ISP setting , cos at one location I have 3 C310, two with updated firmware and one not updated.
Non updated is on line in tapo app other two are of line.
All 3 cameras actually working and i can see them in DVR app and local network.

I also only have access to all my devices (cams, hubs, sensors) via WLAN but not via mobile network here at my home location in Germany. But my devices in another country (NL) are still accessible via mobile network. And two off my cameras (a C200 and a C325) here where I'm living are still also available via mobile network. All devices are on the latest firmware. I've also tested access with another smartphone, which has a SIM from another provider - same result. Must be a problem at the Tapo servers. This is a real mess for me!! Tapo, please check ASAP!

Same with my C520WS. It's been intermittently flagging as going up and down for the last three days.
