cameras “offline” but I get notifications and can view recordings

My cameras and door sensors are all offline in the app, but they still send notifications and I can view the recordings from the storage section on my profile. All lights solid green, just no live feed and totally unable to inactivate the door sensors without being able to click on them. Any ideas what's wrong?

Same here. I can see live feed from my all my local devices when I'm connected to my local WLAN, but when I'm using mobile network only my devices in another country (NL) are available, my local devices all are offline in the app with the exception of - astonishingly - two of my cameras here at my house, a c200 and a c325 are still available then. Same with when I use another smartphone which uses a SIM from another provider.
Tapo what did you do in the last few hours? Need help!

From Yesterday in the afternoon all my 15 tapo devices are all OFFLINE
WIFI IS PERFECTLY functioning and connecting Tommy router TP link i see all Online !
Impossible connecting from remote in Italy
It Will be a long weekend without domotic service......
It would a marketing signal about security of tapo system.....
Obviously none of the tecnical assistance Is conctatable from Friday afternoon tò monday
It Is incredibile that a big brand like Tapo leaves its clients without a warning or message fir 3 days !
