Erreur carte SD
Bonjour,
La carte SD affiche une erreur et lorsque je l'enlève pour l'insérer dans mon pc, je constate qu'elle est remplie de vidéo alors que j'ai tout supprimer du cloud.
Pourriez-vous m'aider svp ?

If you have formatted the SD card on the Tapo app successfully, but see many videos on the SD card when connecting it to your PC, please refer to "Part 5:Audio & Video Related > Q3" in the following link to see if the videos on the SD card are named xxxxxxxx_000000_tp00001.mp4, xxxxxxxx_000000_tp00002.mp4, and so on.
If so, this is correct. These videos are empty and can't be played as there is no recording, and the recorded videos will fill in these videos one by one.
General questions about Tapo Cameras
Do you have any problem storing video recordings on the SD card after formatting it on the Tapo app?

Hi,
Please note that deleting video clips from our cloud server won't affect the video clips stored on the SD card, they are different locations to store the camera's video clips.
What error about the SD card shows on the Tapo app? Have you tried to format the SD card on the Tapo app and check if it helps?

Hi,
It's suggested to format the SD card on your PC, insert it into the camera, and try to format it again on the Tapo app.
If the problem remains, please confirm the following information.
1. What's the model number and capacity of the SD card?
2. Please send me a picture of the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Storage & Recording > Local Storage page after you insert the SD card into the camera.
3. Please refer to the instructions below to test your SD card and send us the test results.

4. Insert another SD card into the camera and check if it will work fine if you have one.
