Data in cloud

I would like to get data from my camera during the month of October 2024. I didn't register on the cloud and the sim card inside the camera is full and only showing data starting from January 2025. Is there any possibility to get the data.

Hi,
If you are referring to the video clips stored on our cloud server, please note that:
1. Only the camera subscribed to the Tapo Care service can store video clips on our cloud server.
2. The video clips stored on our cloud server can be stored for up to 7/30 days(based on the subscribed Tapo Care plan). After that, they will be deleted automatically and can't be restored.
If your camera has not subscribed to the Tapo Care service, no video clips will be stored on our cloud server.
