Hello Tapo Support,

I have a Tapo C510W camera that generally works well, but I'm experiencing a recurring issue with the SD card. After recording for a while, the camera stops recognizing the SD card, as if it were disconnected. The only way to fix it is by physically removing and reinserting the card, which is not a practical solution—especially when the camera is installed in a hard-to-reach location.

This issue happens even with new SD cards from different brands and capacities (all compatible). I've also noticed that it tends to occur in cold environments, which makes me suspect a design or thermal compatibility issue.

Is there any firmware update or technical solution available to fix this behavior?
