I recently installed 2 cameras ( 1 at the front of my house and the other in the back). The front camera was a challenge to set up and lagged and is now disconnected. I tried to buy an extender thinking that the network was the issue, but that didn’t resolve the issues. The indicator light is flashing red and green. My network is not having any issues and everything else works fine including my other camera.

Hi,
1. What's the model number and hardware version of your camera?

2. The flashing red and green light on the camera means that the camera is not configured successfully. It's suggested to factory reset the camera by pressing the reset button for 10 seconds, move it close to the router, set it up, and then test it for some time. If it's working fine, you can move it to another location and check if it will work fine.

On the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, you can tap the Wi-Fi icon to see the RSSI value. If the Wi-Fi signal is too weak(less than - 70 dBm), you can try to add a range extender to see if it helps.

Best Regards
