I would like to access the raw recordings on the microSD card from my network. I have found that rtsp and ONVIF don't provide detailed recordings. Although its nice to have streaming the quality is inconsistent and I cannot see some finer details.. I pretty much have a 2k camera that i need to physically access to obtain decent quality recordings.

FTP/SMB or any other type of network access to the recordinfs is a basic feature that has been around for over a decade.

What a painful product to deal with... selling me a 2k camera with pixelated network streams.

It takes too much effort to use your cameras.. people have requested this feature for years already.

While we don't have any specific details that I can share about whether this feature can come to the product or when it might, I'll log the feature request and pass it along to the relevant team for evaluation.

Btw, the live feed's resolution is set to the highest one if you are using the URL( rtsp://IP Address/stream1) for RTSP live stream, and usually, the videos stored on the third-party app have the highest resolution. If not, you may contact the third-party app's support for further assistance.
