Tapo indoor camera

I’ve noticed a significant delay in response time — around 10 seconds — when panning from left to right. This lag makes it difficult to monitor fast-moving subjects or adjust the view in real time.
I'm not sure if this is a normal behavior or if there's something wrong with the settings or the unit itself. I would really appreciate any support or guidance on how to improve the camera's responsiveness. Looking forward for your help

Hi,
1. Please ensure the Tapo app and the camera's firmware are up to date, move the camera close to the router, and then check if the camera will work fine.
2. Please confirm the following information if the problem remains.
1) What's the model number, hardware, and firmware version of your camera?
2) Do you have the lag issue only when panning the camera from left to right? How about panning the camera from right to left or tilting the camera up and down?
3) On the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, please tap the Wi-Fi icon and check the RSSI value.
