Tappo c530ws
Camera works fine during daylight hours but during hours of darkness, if I attempt to pan or move the camera it goes offline. Any suggestions as to what is happening and what can be done to fix this issue?

Hello,
I ordered the C530WS camera this week. Everything worked fine until I noticed that the camera resets/restarts in the dark (when infrared is activated) whenever it's moved. If I turn off the infrared in the dark, it works perfectly.If I turn on night mode during the day (infrared active), the same problem occurs. I can't pan or tilt with infrared active.
I then returned the camera and received a replacement, but the problem persists.

@MKO90 I think it has to do with the third-party extension cable(at least in my exp) for this model, try just using the original power adapter that came with the unit and see if it has the same issue.

Thanks, it worked. I have other Tapo cameras, and I thought I could use the power cable from those as well. I was wrong. Thanks again
