Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.4.5

i shared my device to someone but i want to remove her access... she also declined my invite... however, there is no option to delete her account from my share list. it also still appears as shared with her email acct

 

i already rebooted my camera twice but the account still appears

You can refer to "How to stop device sharing?" in the following instructions to delete the shared account.
How to share my Tapo Smart Devices with family
 

If you can't delete a shared account, please send me a picture of the page that shows the account.
