ALARM SIREN DURATION
Hallo and good afternoon.
When detection alarms camera, the duration of the siren is only a few seconds, unless the subject keeps on moving. Is there any way to have the siren sound for longer (say 1 min) once it is alarmed?

Hi,
Typically, on the camera's Device Settings > Alarm page, you can set the Alarm Duration. However, the maximum duration is 30 seconds.
If the Alarm Duration does not appear on the camera's Alarm page when its firmware and Tapo app are up to date, it means that this camera currently does not support adjusting the alarm duration.

Hi,
Please uninstall the Tapo app and reinstall it to ensure the Tapo app is up to date. After that, if the Alarm Duration does not appear on the camera's Alarm page, it means this camera does not support the feature to adjust the alarm duration until now.
