received an update to my tapo c310 device on tapo app. While it was updating the app showing device is offline. Its been morethan 1 hour now camera is blinking green & in app it showing firmware uptodate & device is offline.
What should i do?

You can try to power off and on the router, ensure it has an internet connection, then power off and on the camera, and check if it will work.
If the LED on the camera has no change, please try pressing and holding the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to reset it, then check if the LED is flashing red and green. If so, try to reconfigure it to make it work.
