The official firmware has started to release (stage rollout), keep an eye on the new firmware notices for your cameras. If your device hasn't received the new version, please wait patiently as the release scale will be expanded gradually to cover more devices.

@Wayne-TP I have the same problem with 15 C310 cameras.
What exactly is the purpose of Auto Reboot? Does the camera start in day mode after rebooting?
Switching from Auto to Night to Auto is pointless, isn't it? You can also switch from Night to Day in the morning and from Day to Night in the evening. Why switch to Automatic?
Please provide a solution quickly. Or offer a downgrade to version 1.4.1.

@Wayne-TP Firmware 1.4.2 Build 250605 Rel. 50558n
Has fixed the issue.
Covered up the camera (C310) relay clicks into night mode.
Uncovered, initialy black & white, relay clicks, back to colour.
Good work, thanks.
I have a third camera to fix, but have sent MAC via suppport ticket.
Spoke too soon, one camera stuck in night mode this morning, the other did switch.
Still an issue then.
I'll get logs for both cameras tonight.

@Wayne-TP Isn't it possible to simply roll back the previous firmware until the problem is resolved?
Thousands of users must be experiencing this issue.
This is a real security risk!
With 2-3 cameras, you can manually change the IR mode every evening and morning. But with 15 cameras, that's asking too much.
Please offer a solution quickly!

Had same problem after update - C310s would auto switch into night mode but then fail to auto switch into day mode.
My fix which seems to be working so far - was to remove all power to camera for a few minutes - then simply restore the power.
This has worked for 4 C310s - multiple tests blocking the light sensor - hearing the relay switching day/night/day - and recording the event!
True test will be overnight tonight....
Hope this helps some of you out there.
EDIT - FAILED OVERNIGHT!
Quite the mystery - Simulating night and day by covering the cameras during the day works perfectly.
But in the real overnight test, camera auto switches to night mode - but in the morning fails to auto switch back to day mode.

@jaypeetoo I have already done this several times, with the outcome still the same. 🫣

@Wayne-TP Any update on this? It also seems to be affecting the sensitivity of the proximity sensor and catches movement maybe 1 in 10 times now. Reboot works temporarily until night time and it stays stuck on night mode in the morning

@jaypeetoo I noticed that the issue occurs when the device stays plugged and online for a long time period without any reboot. After the first reboot, the camera seems works perfectly fine for the next 5 or 6 hours.
