Description
Camera video mode is set to Auto, but it fails to automatically switch between day and night modes when the ambient light changes, e.g., from day to night or vice versa.
Solution
06/19/2025 Update: Fixed in the latest firmware.

I’ve installed version 1.4.3 on my C310 and can confirm it’s now working properly.

1 of my 3 C310 cameras has automatically received the firmware update (1.4.3) which I can confirm has resolved the auto switching issue, however the other 2 cameras are still on the version 1.4.2. Auto update is set on all of them, and I've checked for updates as well, they are all on the same Wi-fi. When will the other 2 get the firmware upgrade?

@Oyar in the camera settings, go to Firmware Update. If you don’t see the update yet, just wait — the rollout may take a few days.

Hi, I receive the new update for me C310 but it keeps getting stuck at "installing". It has been going on for few days but still does not work. Now I can't even use my camera as it keeps saying firmware update in progress.
Anyone have the same problem?

Check the current firmware version on the camera first, the firmware might be updated already.
Try to restart the camera and perform the update again.

@Wayne-TP same issue on C410, hardware 2.0, firmware 1.1.6 but no fix in sight and can not schedule reboots on this camera either in settings or via automation?
