C425 Camera not recording video to Hub H200
Hi,
I have two camera devices attached to my H200 Hub - a Doorbell and a C425 camera (with solar panel).
Everything looks to be set up correctly with both devices showing in the Hub but whilst the doorbell happily records video to Hub SD card, the C425 won't. Aside from the fact I assumed that with the solar panel, I would be able to continuously record (which I can't), even if I manually try to record video, it doesn't work.
After manual recording, the app tells me that "recording is saved to memory" and a little thumbnail disappears over the "Playback & download" button. However when checking Playback & Download, it shows no recordings.
I have been through every setting from the device and hub side but I just can't see why it's not sending recordings to the Hub. It's not a signal issue as the Hub is about 1m away showing full signal, I can watch live video and it works with the doorbell flawlessly which is a floor below and much further away.
Is there anything else obvious to look for or is the support for the C425 and the H200 not quite completely working? I could put an SD card in the camera itself I suppose but the point of the Hub is to keep everything central.
