Hi,
If the LED on the Tapo C200 does not turn on, please try the following steps.
1. Please ensure the original power adapter and cord power the camera.
2. Connect the camera to a different power outlet.
3. Factory reset the camera by pressing the reset button for 10 seconds and check if the LED will light up.
