Tapo C520WS fails to remember the default view

I am using 5 Tapo C520ws.
1. One camera fails to remember the default view. Ie, even after setting the default view , as the time pass by, when I check back , it is showing some other random location. Even clicking the saved default preset does not work then. If I mo e the camera view and press the default view in pan and tilt, it returns to wrong view that is last shown.
2. 2 of my Tapo cameras is not showing option to save videos to tapo network storage even though the firmware is up to date.

Is there a chance that someone manually rotated the camera? Please note that if this is the case, it will affect the viewpoint settings of the camera.
Try performing a factory reset and reconfiguring the camera to see if that helps. Pay attention to its status after reconfiguration. If the problem reoccurs, please let us know when it happened (how long after the configuration) and how many events the camera has detected so far.

Is there a significant difference between the camera's new position and its original position? Can it return to the set position after a reboot? Is the motion tracking feature enabled on the camera?
As for the storage problem, what do you mean by the Tapo network storage? Store the camera videos on the Tapo hub?

1) Yes, there is significant difference between default and wrong view
2) Evem after reboot, it does not return to default set position
3) Even though image shown in default position in "pan amd tilt" tab is right, when clicked , it takes you to last wrong position. Iebit seems the camera sets the wrong position as new default it seems.
4)Yes, motion tracking is enabled
5) yep, with tapo network storage, I meant hub. 1 ot of last 2 cameras which had this issue is fixed after the firmware update. The last one camera, it says firmware is up to date bit fails with option for hub storage.
6)All cams are manually checked for firmware update but shows all ate up to date.

Regarding the hub storage feature, the support plans for different models vary. For accurate information, refer to the new firmware release of the product, important updates and modifications will be listed in the release notes. If the feature is not mentioned in any firmware release, then it is not supported on this model (hardware version).
