Hi,
Please check if the following suggestions are helpful.
1. Please factory reset the Tapo C200 by pressing the reset button for 10s and then check the LED status on the camera. If the LED is flashing green and red, please check if the camera's default SSID appears on your phone's Wi-Fi settings page.
2. You can try moving the camera to a different location and attempting again, or test if you can see the default SSID on a different phone.
3. If the LED is not flashing red and green, please send me the LED status and the hardware version of the C200.
Best Regards

I have tried with an older phone did not worked.
Tried with different outlet, did not work
Tried reinstalling app, removing devices, but I can add c100, just no this c200.
What I did was went to my globe at home wifi setup, deleted the device history that was connected.
Moved to another roo mand plugged c200 and it showed the Tapo_Cam_xxx wifi ssid.

Hi,
What's the camera's LED status, such as solid red, flashing red, and so on?
When you press the reset button for 10 seconds to factory reset the camera, what changes in the LED status?
Please send me (@Solla-topee) your camera's MAC address via a private message.
Best regards

After you reset the camera, if it has a flashing red and green light but all your devices can't find the default SSID, it's recommended to contact your retailer or our local team to check if the camera is under warranty.
