Hallo, bei laufender Kamera hört plötzlich der Stream auf und es steht "zum aktualisieren Tippen". Der Stream ist unterbrochen und wenn dann das Baby wach wird, bekommt man es nicht mit. Warum kommt diese Meldung, wie kann ich die ausstellen? Automatisches Update ist ausgeschaltet

It's recommended to stream the camera's live feed for more than 10 minutes on the Tapo app, then check if you see a "Continue" prompt or the "Tap to Refresh" message on the camera's live view page.

Why can't I view the live stream of the Tapo camera continuously?

1. How long does the "Tap to Refresh" message take to appear when watching the camera's live feed?
2. Is your phone connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the camera?
4. Can you change the camera settings on the Tapo app after seeing this message?
