Hello,I want to extent the secondary 9volt power supply of this camera to about 20 metres?
Have I to use a more efficient power adaptor for this project?Is it possible for that camera to work having a distance of about 20 metres from the primary circuit of the power adaptor?

We do not have guidance on how the Tapo C520WS works with power extension cords, and we cannot guarantee that the camera will function properly when connected to one. Generally, we recommend using the original power adapter and cord to ensure the camera's optimal performance.
If the Tapo C520WS installation location does not have a power outlet, you may consider a battery-powered Tapo camera as an alternative solution.
