Hello,

 

I recently bought a Tapo C200C. I put it inside a mini SD card, and when I checked the recordings, I noticed that it skipped a few important parts in a few videos. Some of these skips were important for insurance claims, which caused me a lot of damage. 

Please help me figure out the problem.

Hi,
Please confirm the following information about the reported issue.


  1. Please describe your configurations on the Tapo app > Camera's Device Settings > Storage & Recording > Recording Schedule page.

 

  2. Do you mean the camera sometimes does not record part of an event? Could you please send me a video showing the reported issue? You can upload the video to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
 

  3. What's the camera's firmware and hardware version? Please ensure your Tapo app is up to date.

 

  4. You can remove the SD card from the camera, connect it to your PC via an SD card adapter, and then check if you can watch the videos properly on the PC.
