I'm having issue with Synology Surveillance Station when adding the Tapo C212 via ONVIF protocol. It appears to be H264 but I think it's H265 instead which cause my NVR system in trouble for not able to handle H265 with preview and some event detection tasks. 

 

 

By adding the Tapo C212 via RTSP protocol, it appear to be H265.

 

I have fumbled through all the settings in the Tapo app but cannot find a place to change from H265 to H264. Is there anyone knowing how?

Hi,
Currently, there is no option on the Tapo app to change the video compression option. In your case, please send me(@Solla-topee) the camera's MAC address via private message.
