Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.4.6

I have a question, i dont understand. I have here 6 tapo cctv which is C200, C210, T72, C110. I have a total of 3 C210 pcs. My question is, if i set the Video Quality to maximum say 2k QHD for T72 and 2K for the c210 & c110 cctv, the network here will lag and unstable. But when i set all cctvs here to minimum say 720p for c210 & C110 and 360p for T72 the Network becomes stable. So my final question is, if i set the video quality to minimum, what would happen to the playback recording? if i set the T72 to 360p video quality, does this mean that the recording playback is also 360p? if i set my C210 video quality to 720p, does this mean that the record playback is also 720p ??? what is the default video quality of recording playback? thank you.

Hi,
Different camera models, hardware, and firmware versions may have varying mechanisms for setting the playback recording video quality. It's recommended that you download a video from the playback page to your phone. After that, you can check the video recording's resolution in your phone's Gallery. This will help you to check if the recording's resolution is the same as the video quality you selected in the Tapo app.
Best Regards

@Solla-topee ok thanks for the reply. Maybe the recording playback is set to the maximum capability of the camera.
