Videos nicht downloadbar
Hallo,
Beim Versuch, ein Video mit der App auf meinem iPhone, downloaden, das auf der SD Karte aufgezeichnet wurde, erhalte ich die Meldung:
Das Herunterladen von Videoclips ist nicht möglich. Ihr Telefon ist nicht mit demselben Netzwerk verbunden wie Ihr Tapo Gerat.
Die Kamera befindet sich jedoch definitiv im selben Netzwerk, wie das iPad.
Firewall, VPN etc. sind nicht aktiv.
WIE kann ich das Problem beheben?

1. Turn off mobile data on your iPad and ensure it's connected to the same router's Wi-Fi as the camera.
2. Try to ping the camera's IP address on your iPad and ensure you can successfully ping it.
3. Force close the Tapo app and re-open it, then check if you can download the video clips from the SD card.
4. If the same error message appears, try to block the internet on the router for the camera, then try step 3 again.

Ich habe das gleiche Problem, ich habe alles Versucht wie angegeben, kein Erfolg.
Ich habe ein privates Ip Netz mit 10.0.0.0/255.0.0.0 - kann es damit Zusammenhängen? Ich habe keine vlans oder ähnliches im Einsatz. Ich habe testweise mein iPhone eine direkt benachbarte IP gegeben, leider ohne Erfolg (Kamera 10.0.40.10, iPhone 10.0.40.11). Es betrifft alle Kameras die ich habe, anscheinend verhindert hier die Tapo app ein herunterladen, aber wieso?
