Can you program TAPO P100 (or any TAPO) to turn off and on if it loses connection to the internet?

I have a CABLE box that for some reason requires me to turn off and on again to reconnect. I recently had the physical cables and cable box itself replaced with new hardware but it still happens (although less frequently). While I'm still working out what is killing my connection, I was hoping that there was some sort of heartbeat function where the Tapo P100 (or any newer model - happy to purchase) can be set to monitor for internet connectivity and when it is lost, to just activate a "turn off - wait a minute - then turn on" function.
Any thoughts?

@Wayne-TP thanks but I want the TAPO device to only turn off and (after a minute) turn back on if the TAPO device detects that I have lost internet. From reading your example, the method you described seems to be more a SCHEDULED restart at 7.30am as opposed to a dynamic time.
Perhaps I misunderstood and happy to be corrected though.
Well if that's the case, then the smart plug is unable to meet your requirement. The smart plug is not able to detect router's network connectivity and perform actions accordingly.

This can be achieved using smart plug's schedule feature, which continues to operate when plug's wifi or internet connection is down. This applies to all Tapo smart plug.
Create two schedule rules: one with 'turn off' command and another rule with 'turn on' command after 1 minute. E.g. 1. At 07:30 AM, Turn Off plug, 2. At 7:31 AM, Turn On plug.

@Wayne-TP thanks for the confirmation. I have now gone and purchased a Keep Connect internet rebooter which does exactly what I want. Costs me AU$71 from Amazon so is not a cheap thing to get but for peace of mind for my home NAS server while traveling, it is worth it.
FYI there are cheaper options when you do a search for "Router Reboot" but I elected to go with the more expensive one above.
