Hi,
If you can't tilt the Tapo C200 on the Tapo app > Camera's Live View > Pan & Tilt page, try these steps:
1. Go to Device Settings > Pan & Tilt, tap the Pan & Tilt Correction button to reset the camera to its default position, and check if it can Pan & Tilt.
2. Reboot your camera and check if you can tilt it via the Tapo app.
3. Manually move the camera by hand and see if it responds. If not, check for anything obstructing the camera's movement.
