Model: Tapo C500  
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.1.2

Im trying to add ptz for this camera in Frigate.

The thing is that i have the same issure as Tapo C500 ONVIF-PTZ issue after firmware upgrade to 1.3.1 - Smart Home Community
Do you have a betafirmware i cant try.?

Hi,
This is the first time we have received such feedback about the Tapo C500 V2, FW 1.1.2, and we do not have new firmware for it.

 

To further analyze this case, please confirm the following information.
  1. When did you update the firmware? Does this phenomenon occur after you update the firmware to version 1.1.2?
  2. Can you pan & tilt the camera properly in the Tapo app?
