Deco X50 Outdoor some issues

i have some issues with this deco x50 outdoor
1- sometimes it shows Abnormal WAN Port speed .... and the downlosd and upload speed go low when this show up.... so the only way i fix this problem is to restart the main router and the deco... after restarting the main router and the 2 decos the speed go normal again
2- i connect my cameras to deco ... i have 2 deco .. one of them far and one of them close to the cameras ... the cameras choose to connect to the far deco like dumbs... so i go to connection preference and choose the preferrd deco to let the cameras connect to the close deco not to the far one
but some of the cameras still connect to the far deco and ignored the close deco to them... so i go and disable mesh technology on cameras and the problem still here... some cameras connect to the far deco while there is close deco to them... i choose the preferrd deco and disabled mesh technology and still the problem here
3- on currunt connection... connection type shows unknown ... it should show 2.4 or 5
i connect my cameras to 2.4 because all of them use just 2.4 cant use 5.... linked deco shows the deco i connect the cameras to .... but the connection type which should show 2.4 it show unknown
please fix these problems
by the way i dont know which hardware version is mine so i choose 1

Hi, thank you very much for your update.
If you'd spend a little more time, I'd like to escalate your case to the senior engineer for further assistance. During the troubleshooting, the engineer might still need your cooperation to install a certain debug firmware. Please let me know whether it works for you.
If you don't want to install any debug firmware, I think you can contact the shop retailer to ask for a replacement. If you can change the model, a standard Deco X50 or Deco X50-PoE might be a better choice than Deco X50-Outdoor for an indoor network:

Hi, did you power on the Deco X50-out via a POE adapter/Switch or DC power adapter?
Have you tried to replace the Ethernet cable from the ISP modem to the main Deco X50-out?
As for the connection preference, can I have the model numbers of the cameras?
Please also make sure the Deco App is up-to-date.
Here is a beta firmware for Deco X50-outdoor. You can find it in the private message, and it is suggested to install this version to see whether it helps.
Thank you very much.
Best regards.

thanks for replay ..
i power on the 2 deco via dc power adapter which came with the deco
and i tried to replace the ethernet cable ... i thought its because of it ( by the way its cat 5e ) so i tried cat 6 and still same issue
the deco app already up-to-date now its version 3.9.85
about downloading a beta version to test it .. im sorry i cant download any beta version anymore... i used to have netgear mesh and i had some issue with it.... and they told me to do same thing... download this beta version and test it and tell us if your problem solved or not... so i download that update and after 3 weeks my 3 mesh from netgear not working at all cant even power them
if the update not official and full i cant download it sorry

Hi, Thanks for the update.
As there is already an ISP router, did you set Deco X50-Outdoor into Access point mode?
The 1.2.8 firmware change log doesn't mention any modification to the WAN interface, so I don't think it is due to the firmware upgrade, but it could revert to the latest 1.2.6 official version directly via web UI.

In case there is something wrong with the current main Deco, it is also suggested to refer to this link to set another Deco X50-outdoor as the main unit:
How to replace the main Deco with another Deco
By the way, may I know how long you have had the Deco X50-outdoor?

i'll try now and change it from router mode to Access point mode and i'll tell you if it work
and there is no wrong with the main deco cause i tried the other one as main deco and i see same issue
i have the deco x50 outdoor now like 2 to 3 months
before i had deco m4 and i didnt face any problem with it... but i change it just because i need more wifi range
they said wifi 6 gives you more wifi range but i see 0 more range
its the same range as wifi 5 nothing different
so its just Marketing and advertising talk... because i test the range for both deco m4 and deco x50 outdoor and both gave me same wifi range
and by the way i use this deco x50 outdoor inside my house not outdoor.... so no sun no rain can damage it
anyway
any solution for this problem ??
because im restarting my main router and these 2 decos every 2 to 3 days ... my speed dropped from 200 to 40 or 34 and sometimes 9
so the only way to get back my speed is restarting the main router and the 2 decos

i just check deco app to see if im using the deco as wifi router or access point
it was on router mode
so i change it now to access point and it says deco will restart now
so im using it now as access point and i'll see if this issue appear again or not and tell you
for now everything ok but its because of restart
so lets wait and see if this gonna solve the Abnormal WAN Port speed problem
