Can't connect to camera
Even after resetting camera led just blinks red. Doesn't flash green.
Can't add camera on app so not working at all.

You can try the following tips for the reported case.
1. Ensure the camera battery is fully charged. If not, power on the camera with the original power adapter.
2. Press the power button for three seconds to power off the camera, and then press it again to power it back on.
3. Press the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset, and then check if the LED changes.
If the LED does not respond to the reset operation, you can try to contact your retailer or our local team to check if the camera is under warranty.
