Issue with timestamp on file and actual video

Hi,
The timestamp on SD card video and Cloud video are off by 30 minutes. The actual video has correct timestamp.
What could be causing it?

Hi,
If you have an Android phone, please uninstall the Tapo app, copy the link, paste it into your phone's browser, click Enter to download and install the Tapo Trial app, and check if it helps.
If so, you can use this Tapo Trial app until the new official Tapo app(ver 3.13.x) has been released.
