Help!

 

I've just got the camera, but can't seem to get any sound from it? I've got all the settings turned on that I can find, including the app and still nothing? 

 

We are wanting to use as a baby monitor so need it working asap

Hi,
Please confirm the following information for the no sound phenomenon.


  1. Refer to the UG of the Tapo C110 to find the camera's microphone, then remove obstacles on it if there are.
  2. Ensure the microphone volume on the Tapo app > camera's Live View page is set to the maximum level. Ensure your phone's volume is at a high level.
  3. Try to view the camera on a different phone.
  4. Try rebooting the camera, factory resetting the camera, and reconfiguring it, then check if the camera will work properly.
