Auf einem zweiten Smartphone mit eigener Tapo App lassen sich Cloud Videos (Aufnahmen der Kamera) eines geteilten Gerätes nicht abspielen. Es wird ausschließlich das Livebild gezeigt. Woran kann das liegen? Ich verwende aktuell noch die kostenlose 30 Tage Testphase.

Currently, the Tapo camera does not support the feature to watch the cloud video clips on the Tapo app that logs in with the shared account. You can vote on the thread "When sharing webcams with my family members they cannot see the cloud videos." and leave your usage scenario for evaluation.
An alternative solution is to share your owner account with the person who wants to watch the cloud video clips if you trust them. After that, you can enable the 2FA feature on the Tapo app to protect your account.
