Hello. I just replaced my tapo c510w yesterday because all i had was crackling sound. (Both live and recording).

So i installed the new camera, and the sound was perfect. So i thought to myself, i wont update the firmware incase thats the problem. This morning i realized that i left auto-update ON......

So i thought, hopefully the firmware isnt the problem. So i opened the camera-app, and €%%& the crackling sound is back........

A quick google tells me this: (so im not the only one it seems..)

"Some Tapo users are reporting issues after updating to firmware version 1.1.2,

• Audio Issues:

  Users have experienced problems with audio quality on cameras, including crackling and difficulty understanding speech. "

I was hoping the technicians can send me a firmware update too, even though its not the same camera-model.
