H500 HDMI problems: it breaks HDMI-CEC on the TV. it prevents monitor from going into standby

I have noticed two problems with the HDMI output of the H500.
The video output works with the screens I have connected the H500 to, but there are some issues:
1) When connecting to a LG C2 TV, the HDMI-CEC functions of my other devices connected to the TV (Oppo Blu-ray player, Kodi streamer) stopped working: Powering on the external sources no longer powered on the TV. I could not control the devices with the TV remote. As I disconnected the H500 from the TV, it was OK again.
2) When connecting the H500 to a small LCD monitor, the standby function of the monitor no longer worked. This monitor usually goes into standby mode when there is no signal on the connected HDMI cable. But not with the H500. After stopping the HDMI mirror function of the H500 in the app, the screen goes dark, but the LCD backlight stays on. I need to turn the monitor off manually.
So there is something wrong with the HDMI connection, it looks like it does not handle correctly some of the usual HDMI functions. I do not have these problem with other HDMI sources on the same displays.

Hi, the same thing is happening to me. After connecting the H500 to the TV, other devices stop receiving CEC signals and can't be controlled with the TV remote.
After disconnecting the H500 from the HDMI port, everything works again.

Were the products purchased locally? *Please note that if they were bought online, they might be cross-border products, so it’s important to verify whether they were shipped from other countries.

Do you mean all the products involved in the issue (hub and TV)?
I bought both the H500 and the LG C2 TV from Amazon Germany (sold by Amazon itself, not a third party seller).
