Model: Tapo C200
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 1.2.3

My Tapo C200 is not moving horizontally. I already tried everything, including rebooting the camera, but still nothing happened. I tried to gently push the camera to see whether it moves; it is still not moving. I bought this last December 20, 2024.

Hi,
If you can't Pan the Tapo C200, please try the following steps.
    1. Please turn off the camera, wait for two minutes, and power on the camera with the original power adapter that comes with the camera in the package.
    2. Remove the SD card from the camera if there is one.
    3. Go to the camera's Device Settings > Pan & Tilt page, tap the Pan & Tilt Correction button to reset the camera to default, then check if it can Pan.
    4. Manually pan the camera by hand and see if it responds. If not, check for any obstructions that may be blocking the camera's movement. If so, remove the obstacles from the camera.
    5. If the above steps do not work, please contact your retailer or our local team to check if the camera is under warranty.

Best Regards
