Camera view blurry
The view from the camera is blurry. I have cleaned the lens and it has not helped. I have checked all settings and all ok. On initial set up it was clear view but this has changed since yesterday.

Please help confirm the following information for the reported phenomenon.
1. High-definition picture of the front of the lens (Please wipe the lens with a dry cloth before taking the photo to avoid misjudgment caused by water droplets on the lens surface).
2. Pictures of the camera's installation position show the installation environment.
3. If your camera is connected to a solar panel, please refer to the instructions below to check if the Waterproof Gasket between the camera and the Solar Panel is installed. If so, please send us a picture of it.
How to connect Tapo Solar Panel to compatible Tapo devices with proper Waterproof Gasket
4. If the solar panel is not connected, please send us a picture showing that the camera's microSD card slot and USB power port are appropriately covered.

Hi,
Please confirm the following information for the blurry phenomenon.
1. What's your camera's model number, hardware, and firmware version?
2. Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Video & Display > Video Quality page. Which option have you selected?
3. How many devices stream the camera's live feed? Including phones installed with the Tapo app or PC/NVR streams the camera via RTSP/Onvif connection.
4. Please turn off the camera, wait for two minutes, and turn it back on. Then, only stream the camera with your phone and check if the image is clear.
5. Please send us a picture of the camera's live view page that shows the reported phenomenon.

There are only 2 mobiles that stream the camera live stream with the Tapo app
this is a picture in the middle of the day, it should be a sharper image than this. We cleaned the lens before the pic was taken
