Model: Tapo C460 KIT
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.7

The recording clip settings can't be changed. It only allows for 20 seconds.  All my other tapo cameras allow up to 2 mins for a recorded clip.  20 seconds is not very useful. I assume this is a glitch/bug in the app or firmware.

Hi,
The Tapo C460 allows setting the clip length to more than 20 seconds. You can access the camera's Device Settings > Battery Status > Working Mode page, select Custom, and then tap Customize Mode Settings. Next, tap Clip Settings and click on Maximum Clip Length to change the clip length value.
Best Regards

  @Solla-topee that's the issue, as I am showing in the picture.  When you click on it, there on no options to increase or decrease. All my cameras are doing it.  Since the last app update I believe.  I've uninstalled the app, reset cameras etc. nothing works.  I originally thought it was just my new c460 but it's all cameras.  Normally in that large box you have all the time amounts to scroll through, but as my picture shows, there are none.

  @YotaBro

Hi,
Please try a different phone if you have one.

If the same Clip Settings page is displayed, please confirm the following information.
  1. What's your phone's model number and OS version?
  2. What's the Tapo app version? You can access the Tapo app > Me > About page to view the version info.

Best Regards
