Why does the camera is not showing my phone it's working in laptop the same network I connected for all devices but for phone it says network problem the other all lights are working to the same network for camera it says network problem

Hi,
Please confirm the following information for further analysis.

 

  1. What's your camera's model number, firmware, and hardware version?
  2. What's your router's model number? Do you have internet when connecting to the router's Wi-Fi?
  3. Is the problem that you can stream the camera's live feed on your laptop via RTSP/Onvif connection, but the network problem message appears in the Tapo app when streaming the camera on your phone? Is the camera displayed online in the Tapo app? Is your phone connected to the same Wi-Fi as the camera?
  4. What's the LED status on the camera?
