Hi

Suddenly the icons for each of the functions on the howescreen of the camera _i.e. Talk, Pan & Tilt etc) are now in a list running down where they used to be in two rows.

Can anyone help me get them back to how they were.

 

Any help greatly appreciated

Hi,
The font size of your phone may be too big, so the camera's feature icons do not show in two rows. You can adjust the font size on your phone.

 

If it's not the case, please confirm the following information.
  1. What's your phone's model number and OS version?
  2. What's the Tapo app version?
  3. Please send us a screenshot of the camera's live view page.
