Image not as crisp as c530ws
Hei i just bought a tapo c560ws because is 4k and 8mp and it said that will deliver really good 4k image, but i see that the tapo c530ws delivers a more crisp image at 3k 5mp. Can anyone tell why is that?

Please move the Tapo C560WS and C530WS close to each other, make them monitor the same area, and confirm the following information about the video quality phenomenon.
1. On the Tapo C560WS and C530WS' Live View page, is the Video Quality selected at the highest value(4K and 3K resolution)?
2. Please try to record video manually on the two cameras Live View page, then download the videos to your phone, and check the videos' resolution on your phone. Are their resolutions 3840 × 2160 px and 2880 × 1620 px, respectively?
3. Please send us the screenshots of both cameras Live View page to have a comparison.

@Solla-topee hei i have done all of the above, here is a screenshot of the c530ws
and a screenshot of the c560ws
You can see the difference on the tree in the distance. In my opinion the 4k on the c560ws should have more detail than the 3k on the c530ws.

Yes i can confirm all of the above, in live view is at 4k 8mp and set to maximum fps 25 and also downloaded in the phone is at 4k resolution 3840x2160. I am really disappointed of the video quality on this c560ws i honestly expected to provide better video quality than the 530ws.
You can't compare the video quality, the video quality on c530ws is far more superior than c560ws. It was a waste of money this c560ws, or maybe it needs a serious update i don't know what more can i say :( it's very poor the image quality on this c560ws, is maybe 10% better that the c520ws which is way cheaper and is at 2k resolution.

@Solla-topee I just received 3 C560WS and I will be returning them. There is no way it's 4k quality. My C425 and C520WS have cleaner images.
C560WS you can also see that switching to 720p is not that much worst. That's crazy.
It's either a poor camera or poor software.
Either way it's a poor product in this state.

@GQman Hei man, same happened to me I talked with TP-Link Support, send them videos, pictures etc. The result was that my camera had a bad hardware and I should return it and get a new one or my my money back. Of course I took my money back stay away from c560ws It's a terrible camera :(

@Bogu I find the same, the image looks blurry, no were near as sharp and the colurs are not as good either, its looks worse on the hedge of the image.

@Bogu The latest firmware update as sharpened the image up, its still not as sharp as the c530ws but maybe that is too sharp, a firmware update to allow sharpness level would be good.
