Subject: Feedback – Tapo H100 Automation & Matter Support via Deco BE65

Hello TP-Link Support Team,

As an experienced user of the Tapo H100 hub, I’d like to report two critical issues:

1. Lack of “Stop Bell” action in automation workflows:
   - When a sensor triggers the alarm, the bell rings but cannot be stopped programmatically.
   - The app interface allows manual stop via the bell icon, but there is no corresponding automation action.

2. Matter support via Deco BE65:
   - When attempting to add the H100 as a Matter device through Deco BE65, the process consistently fails with errors like “unstable network” or “device could not be added.”
   - There is no official step-by-step guide or video tutorial available.
   - The Matter setup process feels inconsistent and lacks clear documentation.

I kindly request that these weaknesses—especially automation control for the alarm and clearer Matter integration guidance—be addressed in future updates.
