Firmware Version: 1.1.19

I've had the doorbell installed with a SanDisk 64gb memory card. I inserted and initialize it. All is good.

A month or so later it needs to be done again.

This time in a 3 week span I have to do it and now it's saying it's failed.

Has anyone else experienced this?
