Hi, I've got a Tapo C200 for two months, never experienced a power shortage, unplugged or hard reset on the router. The camera right now is going loop between two steps: 1) rotation with red and green blinking light 2) solid red light . Tried for unplugging and press reset button for 5 seconds, heard the sound of 'reset' for once, but after that the wifi connection is unable to connect even i could find the camera.

Hi,
For the reported phenomenon of the Tapo C200, please try the following steps to troubleshoot.
  1. Make sure that the camera is powered by the original power adapter that comes with the camera in the package.
  2. Remove the SD card from the camera if there is one.
  3. Press the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset.

If the LED status on the camera still loops as you described, you can contact your retailer or our local team to check if the camera is under warranty.

Best Regards
