If your camera's LED is not lit up, you can refer to the following steps to troubleshoot.
1. Remove the SD card from the camera if there is one.
2. Ensure the camera is connected to the original power adapter and cord that comes with it in the box. Press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset.
3. If the camera still has no light on, try connecting the power adapter to another power outlet or connecting the camera to another power adapter.
4. If the above steps do not work, you can contact your retailer or our local team to check if the camera is under warranty.
