Hello! I have lost my extended subscription to Tapo Care. I extended my subscription for 1 year on July 24, 2025. The subscription was extended. However, on August 3, 2025, the subscription was lost. The website https://tapo.tplinkcloud.com/tapo_web/#/homePage indicates that the extended subscription for 1 year expires on July 27, 2025. Please help me restore my subscription or provide guidance on what to do.
