Fault alarm /detection on new c560ws

Fault alert on new new c560ws. It is very annoying that all birds captured in screen will defined as a people. I just need the camera to alert me when people in front of my door. I tried all setting, remove all kind of detections, face detection and only people detection is on, changing the sensitive from 1-9 but no help at all. I have four other cam (C120, C520Ws) which don't have such issue.

Once tracking is initiated, the system records the motion and categorizes it as “people,” resulting in an alert. This poses a significant issue for me, as even when birds pass in front of the camera, the system still generates a “people” alert. It never happened to my old C120 and C520WS. Hope TP-LINK can fix it soonest.
People Tracking is "on"
People Detection only, sensitivity:6
All pets/other detections are off

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback and for the detection phenomenon, please confirm the following information.
1. What's the camera's firmware version?
2. Please send me (@Solla-topee) the camera's MAC address via a private message.
3. Could you please download the video showing the camera detects a bird as a person to your phone, then send it to us for further analysis? You can upload the video to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a download link, and send it to me via a private message.

To people who interested in C560WS,
After back and forward dealing with TPLINK technical support, I will recommand you to hold your purchase for this cam until TPLINK finally fix the issue of fault alarm and delivery a meaningful AI face detection function as they claimed. Just let me know if anyone interest to my experience of this C560WS.

It has been a nightmare owning the C560WS. In my case, the camera constantly misidentifies Foxes, Pigeons, Spider webs, Squirrels, or even moving shadows as “People,” making it completely useless. I’ve had no choice but to reinstall my old C520WS and leave the new camera running only in the hope of a future firmware fix. I’ve already submitted over 20 video clips to technical support and received two firmware updates from their team, but neither solved the problem. As of now, there is still no workable solution to make this camera functional.
On top of the false alarms, the so-called AI face recognition is a joke. I bought this camera to replace my two C520WS units and a C120 because the company claimed it would “reduce notifications to the ones that matter.” In reality, the AI fails badly with people who have beards, wear masks, or wear caps that shade their eyes—it doesn’t even categorize them properly as strangers. The biggest issue is how the alerts are handled:
-
If I enable “People” alerts, I get notifications for both familiar and unfamiliar people.
-
If I disable “People” alerts and rely only on “Face Recognition,” strangers often go undetected, so I receive no alerts at all when someone unknown approaches.
The only workable setup is to keep “People” alerts on, but then I also get additional (and redundant) face recognition alerts. I asked technical support why these two alerts couldn’t simply be combined, but their answer was that it could take 1–2 years to implement such a feature.
This so-called AI face recognition is terrible, and it feels like the camera was released without proper testing. I suspect the same flawed AI technology is also used in the new smart home base H500, which I had planned to buy. But after this experience, I have no confidence in the development team and won’t be purchasing it.

@Bon888 is it a little bit blurred when you pantilting or motion tracking, and not going back exactly to the saved viewpoint if it is coming from a lower position? I have that issue with their indoor C260. I gave up on facial recognition, it keeps recognising us a few times per day as strangers xd
Edit: I watched your videos, it's the same issue when motion tracking, footage is blurred due to low bitrate, 4k haha
